Pact for Impact Alliance wins Catalyst Awards 2022 for international promotion of SSE
On Wednesday, June 22, the Alliance Pact for Impact received the « Catalyst 2030 Award » from the international network of social enterprises CATALYST 2030. This award recognizes the initiative of the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty for its promotion of the social and solidarity economy (SSE) internationally and at the same time recognizes France’s commitment to SSE.
Catalyst 2030 is an international network for the promotion and support of social enterprises, initiated in 2020 within the framework of the World Economic Forum in Davos. Each year, it organizes a competition to reward public and private actors whose initiatives contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the UN Agenda 2030.
This year, the Catalyst 2030 network has chosen France as the winner in the « government » category for the European zone. This award recognizes the Alliance’s commitment to the promotion and international development of SSE.
Bruno Le Maire, Minister of Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, said: « We are totally committed to the promotion of the Social Solidarity Economy worldwide. The Catalyst Award is a real recognition of France’s role in this area. I would like to thank Olivia Grégoire for her work and her mobilization. »
